Wyrd is a concept in Anglo-Saxon culture roughly corresponding to fate or personal destiny. The word is ancestral to Modern English weird, whose meaning has drifted towards an adjectival use with a more general sense of "supernatural" or "uncanny", or simply "unexpected".

A: To ensure the quality of writing in the game, a sample post will be required, but only once. It can be from any roleplay or character.Q: Where do I roleplay?

A: Absolutely. That's the whole premise. The game does not require characters to be approved. That said, problematic characters will be discussed and / or removed.Q: Is there a word count?
A: While there is no word count, we still ask that you write enough to give your partner something to work with. A minimum of 200 words is recommended for a post.Q: Are there activity checks?

Functioning on a mysterious force called the Wyrd, the nature of your stay is largely dependent on the power of your own thought and creation.Whether you call this realm home or have wandered in by mistake is up to you. Whether you can freely travel back and forth on your own or are stuck here forever is up to you.If you want something to exist or be a certain way, the Wyrd will always respond accordingly.
